Permission is granted to temporarily use SeeWord for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

SeeWord uses AI technology (Google Gemini) to generate images and sentences. While we strive for accuracy and safety, we do not guarantee the correctness or appropriateness of AI-generated content for all contexts. Guardian supervision is recommended.

4. Business Model & Subscription

SeeWord is currently in Open Beta. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription-based access in the future. Users will be notified of any such changes well in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeeWord be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SeeWord's website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital service standards.
